Bruce Patteson

Bruce currently works on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Tufts Medical Center, The Home for Little Wanderers and new business accounts. Prior accounts include Sovereign Bank, Caritas Christi Health Care, EMC and HP Hood. Before joining P+s, Bruce was a Creative Director at Arnold Worldwide, primarily leading the McDonald’s, EMC and Citizens Bank teams. He also has experience on clients such as Harvard Health Care and Pilgrim Health Care. Bruce graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication. He’s won an Emmy for a Massachusetts Highway Safety Bureau TV spot and is a proud graduate of Miss Ferguson’s Dancing School in Waban, MA.
