Kara Tierney

Kara leads the CDPHP, MEFA and PAREXEL accounts. She’s passionate about building relationships and understanding her clients’ business. Since staring at P+s in 2001, Kara has done it all — from brand development work and direct response campaigns to numerous websites and more. She has worked on a range of clients, including EMC, Boston University and Applied Biosystems. Before joining P+s, Kara worked at Holland Mark and Ingalls Advertising on brands such as Veryfine, Yankee Candle, Raytheon, John Hancock and Elderhostel. Kara is a graduate of Boston College and enjoys spending time with her husband, their son (a redhead, of course) and bulldog Murphy.
